If your printer needs toner or ink, or it has a problem that needs fixing:
- Call the number on the NBM sticker located on your printer.
- Leave a message with the 5-digit equipment/sticker ID and explain what you need.
- Leave your name and number if you need to schedule a time for a technician to visit.
Supplies are delivered by NBM to each building, and someone from OPS will let you know when they have arrived.
You can order supplies and place a service call by filling out a form on their website as well. Some people might find this easier than calling – I know I do.
You’ll see the Place Service Call and Order Supplies buttons on the left of the page. There’s no need to log on, just click the proper button, fill in the form and click submit.
