A spam message has been masquerading as a helpdesk message about an upgrade. That message does not originate from ITS. If you receive it, please ignore or delete it. Do not click the link as it suggests. Below is an example of this particular bit of spam:

From: A Spammer [some.spam@example.net]
 Sent: Thursday, March 08, 2012 4:36 PM
 To: helpdesk@co.uk
 Subject: Helpdesk Upgrade
The Helpdesk is currently upgrading and maintaining database Server 
from the old Microsoft Server( No420134x ) to the new Microsoft
Server( No520193x ) click the link below and fill all information
required.
 https://docs.google.com/a/goliadcountytx.gov/spreadsheet/
viewform?formkey=dGRBWWtycGEwN2NVeXM3Q2tRelZJUGc6MQ
